The UGLY DUCKLING and ME

When I was a teenager, a well-meaning church leader was trying to give me a compliment about becoming a beautiful young woman, yet did so by comparing me to the ugly duckling. Of course, all I heard was the UGLY part--so this video has great significance for me.

Finding and living true to our true identity is a journey each of us take for ourselves. We usually learn who we are NOT before we remember who we ARE.

I encourage you to REMEMBER your true identity, and help your family members remember theirs. They will see who they are through the light shining in YOUR eyes when your eyes are full of love for THEM.
